How does the Aura Score work?
AuraMax uses Google Gemini AI to analyze the content you share — a selfie, voice note, or text. The AI evaluates your state, mood, and energy based on what you share and outputs an Aura score. The score is personalized to you and gets more accurate as you check in daily.
What are the 17 ranks?
AuraMax has a rank progression system based on your cumulative Aura score. Ranks go from Dormant (starting point) all the way up to Godlike (1,000,000+ Aura). Each positive check-in adds to your total. You rank up as you accumulate Aura over time.
How do I cancel my AuraMax Pro subscription?
You can cancel anytime directly from your iPhone: go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → AuraMax → Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your AuraMax purchase, and select 'Request a Refund'. Apple will review your request.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
In the AuraMax app: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes all your check-ins, scores, streak, and account data. This action cannot be undone.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your photos and voice notes are processed for AI analysis only and are not stored beyond the analysis session. Your scores and check-in history are stored securely in your private account and cannot be accessed by other users. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What's the difference between the free tier and AuraMax Pro?
The free tier gives you access to daily check-ins, your Aura Score, AI insights, and rank tracking. AuraMax Pro unlocks unlimited check-in history, full score analytics, pattern detection, streak protection, and priority AI processing.
